First Christian Church is a body of believers who meet at the corner of Main and Chestnut Streets in Bridgeport. The congregation exists to glorify God, grow in His Word, and serve in His name. Members would love to have residents visit and worship with them!

Worship service times are: Sunday, 9 a.m. (also can be heard live on WAKO radio, 910AM) also at 6 p.m.

Sunday School is at 10:15 a.m. Bible studies are held on Wednesdays at 6 p.m.; Youth Group meets Wednesdays at 7 p.m. We would love for you to join us any time!

Eric will continue the series "Wisdom for the New Year," based on the "Book of Proverbs."

On Sunday, January 29, greeters will be Jerry and Barbara Loudermilk and Aldon and Kelly Marley.

The annual Love Banquet and Bring-a-Friend Sunday will be held on February 12.

Current outreach ministries include: Emergency Food Bank (two-to-three day supply of food available) Free CDs of Sunday morning messages also are available.
