Dea Ann O'Dell

Dea Ann O'Dell, 51, of Hutsonville, formerly of Sullivan, Ind., died Monday, January 23, 2012, at Indiana University Medical Center in Indianapolis, Ind., following a brief illness.

Born April 3, 1960, in Sullivan, to William L. Eaton Jr. and Linda Dea Stierwalt Eaton, she was a part-time secretary for the Sullivan Daily Times newspaper and a member of Crossroads Community Church in Sullivan, Illinois Patriot Guard Riders, Indiana Patriot Guard Riders and and honorary member of American Legion Riders, Sullivan Post #139.

Mrs. O'Dell is survived by her husband, Sidney O'Dell; and her mother, Linda Eaton of Sullivan.

She was preceded in death by her father; maternal grandparents, Fred A. and Rosemary Stierwalt; and paternal grandparents, William L. and June Eaton.

Services were held at 1 p.m. Saturday, January 28, at Pulliam Funeral Home in Hutsonville, with Bro. Eddie Hammond officiating. Burial was in Johnson Cemetery in Graysville, Ind. Memorials may be made to Indiana or Illinois Patriot Guard Riders or American Legion Riders, Legion Post #139, Sullivan.
